Best online casinos for US players
Every casino on this page accepts players from the United States, quotes its welcome offer in dollars and publishes the terms behind it. None of them is licensed by a US state: they are offshore operators, which is the only kind a player outside the handful of regulated states can sign up with.

The order is not a popularity contest. We read each operator’s bonus page and score what it commits to in writing — the size of the offer, the playthrough attached to it, the smallest deposit that triggers it, the products on the account and the licence it names. Open any review for the detail.

None of them holds a licence from a US state: they trade on offshore licences, and state law on playing at them differs. Check the rules where you live — our US States section goes state by state. 21+. Offers change without notice; the operator’s own terms page is the final word. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-MY-RESET.
How to read a card
The number on the left is the position on this page; the Verdict figure next to it falls with each place, so a higher row always shows a higher score. The panel on the right is the operator’s own welcome offer as published: what you get, the playthrough, the smallest qualifying deposit and any code.
“Watch for” is the one weakness we would want to know about before depositing. It is different on every card, so read it rather than the headline.
Offshore, and what that means
An offshore casino is licensed in another jurisdiction — Curacao, Anjouan or Panama in this list — and answers to that regulator, not to a US state. If a dispute goes wrong, there is no state gaming board to complain to. That is the main reason to keep balances small and withdraw winnings promptly.
Regulated state casinos exist in a handful of states; outside them, offshore sites are what is on offer. Our US States section explains the position where you live.
Before you deposit
- Read the bonus terms page, not the banner.
- Check whether the playthrough counts the deposit as well as the bonus.
- Note the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active.
- Complete identity checks before you need to withdraw.
- Decide on a loss limit before the first spin and keep to it.
Questions
Are these casinos legal in the US?
They are licensed offshore, not by a US state. Whether playing at them is lawful depends on the state you are in; our US States section covers each state.
Why do scores fall down the list?
The Verdict figure follows the position on the page, so the list and the score never contradict each other. The order itself comes from the published terms.
