Write to the desk at [email protected], or use the form below. Messages are read on working days.

Publisher: Firnova Studios FZ-LLC, Al Thuraya Tower 1, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The desk has no telephone line and never asks readers for operator passwords, ID documents or card numbers.

Corrections

If a page states a rule, limit or figure that is wrong, write with the address of the page and the sentence in question. A good note names the document that says otherwise. The desk checks it against the source, fixes the page and says on the page what changed.

Press and quotations

Requests to quote a page go to the same address. Say which page and where the quotation will appear, so the desk can check that the figures in it are current.

Requests about earlier pages

The site still carries guides written before the relaunch. If you are named in one and want to discuss it, say which page and what you would like changed.

What the desk cannot do

The desk cannot say which bet to place or deal with an account at an operator; questions about an account belong with the operator’s own support or the authority that licensed it.
